SERVICES

UI/UX Design Services

UI/UX design in Sydney for established businesses across Australia and New Zealand: user research, wireframes, prototypes and interfaces that make websites, portals and platforms easy to use. We map how your users think, then plan the journeys and design the screens that help them get things done. Our senior team has worked in user experience design since 2017, and every project ends with a design system your developers can build from.

WHAT WE OFFER

UI/UX design services

UX strategy, interface design and design systems, delivered as one connected piece of work before any build begins. We design for established businesses whose websites, portals and platforms have grown complicated over time, and whose users now struggle to find what they need. What you get: mapped user journeys, tested prototypes, finished UI for every key screen and a documented component library, scoped to the tasks your users need to complete.

UX Strategy & User Research
Stakeholder interviews, user interviews and an analytics review, summarised in a findings report on who your users are and where they get stuck.
Information Architecture and User Journeys
Content grouped and labelled the way your users think, with clear journeys from first visit to enquiry, booking or login.
Wireframes and Prototypes
Wireframes to settle structure, then clickable prototypes to test key flows with real users before anything is built.
UI Design & Visual Language
Finished screen designs for desktop, tablet and mobile, with clear hierarchy, readable type and layouts built around your users' tasks.
Design Systems & Component Libraries
Reusable components, colour and type styles and usage notes, so every new page stays consistent and is quicker to build.
Usability & Accessibility
Usability testing and accessibility review against WCAG 2.1 AA, covering contrast, focus states, keyboard use and clear, readable content.

AI SEARCH

Why does UI/UX design matter for search and AI visibility?

UI/UX design matters because search engines and AI assistants favour websites that are clearly organised and easy to use. A clear information architecture gives every topic a logical home, sensible headings and internal links show how your content fits together, and simple journeys keep visitors engaged. Good usability makes your business easier to understand and recommend.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

UI/UX design FAQs

How much does UI/UX design cost in Sydney?
Plus icon
The cost of UI/UX design depends on the number of screens, user groups and how much research and testing is needed. A focused redesign of your key user journeys is a smaller piece of work than a full design system for a platform with dozens of screens. We quote every project as a fixed fee after a discovery conversation, so you know exactly what is included before work begins.
How long does a UI/UX design project take?
Plus icon
The timeline depends on the number of screens, user groups and rounds of testing. We set out a schedule in your fixed fee proposal, with milestones for research, wireframes, prototype testing, UI design and handover. That way your team knows when decisions are needed.
What is the difference between UX and UI design?
Plus icon
UX design is how a website or product works, while UI design is how it looks and feels. UX covers the structure, journeys and decisions a user moves through; UI covers layout, type, colour and the components on screen. Strong UX with weak UI feels untrustworthy, and a beautiful interface on a confusing structure still loses users, so we design both, starting with UX.
Do I own the design files after the project?
Plus icon
Yes, you own all design files, components, styles and documentation once the project is complete. Everything is organised and clearly named, so your team or any developer can keep working from the system long after launch.
Can I hire a UI/UX designer if I already have developers?
Plus icon
Yes, we often design for clients who have an internal team or a preferred development partner. Every design comes with consistent components, responsive layouts, documented states and clear handover notes for developers. If you would rather we build it as well, our team handles development in house.
What accessibility standard should a website design meet?
Plus icon
A website design should meet WCAG 2.1 AA, which is the standard we design to by default. We check colour contrast, type sizes, focus states, keyboard navigation and labelling across every component.

Because these rules live in the design system, every new page your team builds inherits them.
